Schreiber Penthouse

MUS served as the Architect of Record for this 3,050 SF penthouse renovation, located in Midtown Manhattan. The initial layout of the penthouse was altered to accommodate the client’s new program. It included a new feature wall, a new kitchen, and a new dining layout for entertaining guests. The feature wall served multiple purposes for the client’s needs- as a display wall on the living room side for artwork, and as storage units on its opposite side. MUS worked in collaboration with Westforth Architecture on this project. Construction was completed in 2009.
