Metropolitan United Studio is the architect of record for this 4,039 SF multiple units alteration and renovation, located in Midtown Manhattan on Fifth Avenue and East 51st Street. Olympic Tower was developed by the famous Aristotle Onassis and the building was design by Skidmore, Owings, and Merill. These three units have one of the most spectacular views of Midtown Manhattan, Central Park, and the Empire State Building. Surrounded by skyscrapers of the modern International Style, elegance and simplicity were the main design themes throughout the three condominium units. The three units were completed in March 2010.
